1. Grievance Redressal cell

The college has a Grievance Redressal cell; the Committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and it works under his supervision, for solving grievance of students, staff & parents. The composition of the cell is as given below:

Function/Objective

Ø The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student of college and judge its merit.

Ø The Grievance Cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment.

Ø The Grievance Committee shall conduct an investigation and hearing within ten (10) working days from receipt of the grievance and shall render decision within five (5) working days after the investigation.

Ø The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.

Ø The cell formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the Management policy.

2. Women Development Cell

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

The composition is as given below:

Objective:

Ø To create and develop a congenial environment for women students.

Ø To undertake the awareness programmes on gender sensitization, women’s rights and women empowerment in colleges.

Ø To prevent sexual harassment at workplace.

Ø To develop equitable opportunities for the educational avenues for women.

Ø To develop the self confidence of Women.

3. Anti- Ragging Committee

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

The composition of the cell is as given below:

Objective:

Ø To aware the students of dehumanizing effect of ragging inherent in its perversity.

Ø To keep a continuous watch and vigil over ragging so as to prevent its occurrence and recurrence.

Ø Promptly and stringently deal with the incidents of ragging brought to our notice.

Ø To bring out an awareness among the students about the consequences of ragging.

Ø To address any ragging issues immediately and taken action as advised by the committee.

4. Prevention Of Caste Based Discrimination In Higher Educational Institute

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

The composition of the cell is as given below:

Objectives:

Ø All Affairs related to SC/ST.

Ø To implement reservation policy for SC / ST in Institute.

Ø All affairs related to SC / ST reservation implemented in the institute according to Government of India policy

Ø Nomination of SC / ST students at Institute level

5. Entrepreneurship Development Cell

The following member are appointed and the cell was constituted for the Academic year 2021-22

Functions:-

Ø To create awareness among the students of the Institution regarding entrepreneurship as a career option.

Ø To conduct training programmes in the field of entrepreneurial skill development

Ø To develop entrepreneurship related course curriculum to incorporate in engineering programmes

Ø To provide guidance and facilities to first time entrepreneurs during gestation.

6. Student Development Cell

The following member are appointed and the cell was constituted for the Academic year 2021-22

Function:-

Various soft skills identified and chosen to be implemented by the SDC are:

Ø To improve the communication skills for better interaction.

Ø To implement Ethics of pharmacy profession.

Ø To build up team work

Ø To enhance Leadership skills.

Ø To impart the problem solving skills.

7. Women Antiharassment & Redressal Committee

Functions:-

Ø To process all the individual complaints and take suitable action thereon in the manner and mode as per the college norms.

Ø To provide assistance for taking preventive steps in the matter of gender discrimination and sexual harassment.

Ø To form / review the guidelines / policy for redressal of the grievance as required from time to time, which may be in accordance with those issued by Supreme Court and Government Agencies.

Ø The Grievance Committee shall consider all grievances submitted in writing by an individual regarding working conditions, eve teasing and any other alleged injustice done to female employee/girl students while discharging their duties/attending sessions at the Institute.

Ø The Cell will deal with the cases /complaints of sexual harassment and any other type of harassment of the female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the college.
