1. Grievance Redressal cell

The college has a Grievance Redressal cell; the Committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and it works under his supervision, for solving grievance of students, staff & parents. The composition of the cell is as given below:

Function/Objective

Ø The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student of college and judge its merit.

Ø The Grievance Cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment.

Ø The Grievance Committee shall conduct an investigation and hearing within ten (10) working days from receipt of the grievance and shall render decision within five (5) working days after the investigation.

Ø The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.

Ø The cell formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the Management policy.

2. Women Development Cell

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

The composition is as given below:

Function:

Ø To create and develop a congenial environment for women students.

Ø To undertake the awareness programmes on gender sensitization, women’s rights and women empowerment in colleges.

Ø To prevent sexual harassment at workplace.

Ø To develop equitable opportunities for the educational avenues for women.

Ø To develop the self confidence of Women.

3. Gender sensitization cell

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

The composition of the cell is as given below:

Function:

Ø To make the young boy’s and girl’s gender sensitive and create positive values that supports the girls and their rights.

Ø To provide an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to understand the social and cultural constructions of gender that shapes the experiences of women and men in society.

Ø To generate the awareness in regard to equality in law, social system and democratic activities.

4. Anti- Ragging Committee

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

The composition of the cell is as given below:

Function:

Ø To aware the students of dehumanizing effect of ragging inherent in its perversity.

Ø To keep a continuous watch and vigil over ragging so as to prevent its occurrence and recurrence.

Ø Promptly and stringently deal with the incidents of ragging brought to our notice.

Ø To bring out an awareness among the students about the consequences of ragging.

Ø To address any ragging issues immediately and taken action as advised by the committee.

5. Internal Quality Assurance Cell

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

Mechanisms:

· Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks; Revised Guidelines of IQAC and submission of AQAR

· The relevance and quality of academic and research programmes

· Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning;

· The credibility of evaluation procedures;

· Sharing of research findings and networking with other institutions in India and abroad

6. Prevention Of Caste Based Discrimination In Higher Educational Institute

Ø All Affairs related to SC/ST.

Ø To implement reservation policy for SC / ST in Institute.

Ø All affairs related to SC / ST reservation implemented in the institute according to Government of India policy

Ø Nomination of SC / ST students at Institute level

7. Training And Placement cell

Ø To look after the training and placement activities of students.

Ø To have close liaison with industry for placement of students.

Ø To organize events related to training and placements.

Ø To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement.

Ø To organize Campus Interviews & Open Placement events.

3. To co-ordinate training placement cell for training and placement of students by means of interaction with industries.

4. To organized seminar/ guest lecture of industry and hospital professionals.

5. To sign MOU with industry and hospitals in collaboration with training placement cell.

11. Skill Development Cell:

The committee members are nominated by the Principal of the college and they work under his supervision.

Function:

1. To organized skill development program for students.

2. To arrange collaborative skill development program with industry, hospital and institute.

3. To arrange program in order to develop communication, personality development and soft skill.

4. To prepare students for jobs and interview.

5. Career counseling of the students.
